I'm almost cleaning my desktop, I know how to get rid of the taskbar, but the start buttom will still be useful for me, is there a way to add him to the OD?

I want to clear my desktop so I was wondering, is there a way to have 2 docks on my desktop, like one on top and bottom, because if I add all icons into just one the dock will be huge and dificult to manage is there a way?
