I sure hope it goes back to the old way, its nice to custom build fleets, when it is needed, but (for me) more often it's nice to just dump all the ships in a space into the same fleet and be done with it.
Maybe I'm going crazy, but I just reinstalled galciv2 to get the two expansion packs and re-enjoy the game. I seem to recall there was a button that would automatically group ships that are stacked into the largest fleets your logistics allow. Was this a hotkey that got removed, or did it never exist at all? Or better yet, is it still around, and I have just forgotten what it is? Thanks for any info.
