Capturing Invulnerable Asteroids in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

I was just wondering how I capture asteroids that have no planet near. I can't seem to make my building ships move across galaxies, and I don't see any ships that are suppose to be able to specifically capture neutral asteroids...
