Random Maps with islands in Elemental Game Series Stardock.net Forums

I've been playing on a huge random map with islands. How do I make ships to get to the other islands? Also, the largest island with 5 computer AIs has no beaches. What do I do? I'm playing FELH version 3.

Would it be possible to add the unit size upgrade (3 to 4 to 5 etc) that is LH to FE? I really enjoy both games but find the lack of the size upgrade a big negative. TIA, Leadman

Bugs in Legendary Heroes Elemental Forums

I ran into a couple of what I think are bugs. First, after henchmen has been researched, the Alterian build list doesn't include the Torch Bearer. Second, I received a random quest where I was approached by squires asking to help free their lord. The reward for the quest is another hero. I accept the quest and get the squires as a unit. After I fight the battle, the lord thanks me for freeing him and offers to join. I accept but there is no hero. Still

Request for New Feature in Legendary Heroes Elemental Forums

As unit size increases from group to squad to company, I would like to see a way for units that were trained at group, for example, to be able to upgrade their size to squad, etc as those capabilities were researched. Instead of a gold cost, how about a drop of one level to reflect the addition of less experienced troops. I would like to see this added to FE as well

I played all three games. AOWII was not worth it and was made obsolete by SM. In my opinion, AOW using Warlock's mod, was the best of the three even though the graphics are out dated. I still play AOW while the other two have been removed from my hard drive. Dannie

Would it be possible to let the minor races do some colonization? First, it strikes me as unbelieveable that minors wouldn't try to grap planets just like everyone else. Second, allowing minor races to settle a few planets would open up new strategic options. Leadman

That message just means that if there are files with the same names, the ones you are copying will overwrite the ones that were there already. But there are no files with the same names between the two mods that I'm aware of. I guess I'm out in left field. When I go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\DarkAvatar\Mods\KHSM-DA, I see seven folders named Data, Event Music, Gfx, Movies, Music, Screens, and Sfx, and the copy models batch file a

You can simply copy everything from KHSM's folder into HRGM's folder (*after* running the batch file!) and it'll do just fine. Kryo, Sorry for my ignorance, but I started to copy from KHSM into HRGM but as asked if I wanted to replace various folders, so I cancelled the copy and looked into the various folders in both mods. I really love the game, but the lockups and crashes have made it unplayable. I was getting in about 3-5 turns before a crash/lockup, but today I downloaded the Collector's Edition Jewelry etc. and now I can't get through more than a turn without a lockup. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Nvida graphics drivers are dated Dec 2005 but they weren't released until Feb 2006. According to Nvida, they are the latest drivers for my Windows XP MCE system. I tried the later release dated April
