when i use that button it still dosent show any hardpoints

in the game i cant build ships my self, because there are no hardpoints on the hulls and i dont know what to do please help

I have bought GC 2 but the grafics of it was ugly so i updated it but now it saids that my serial key are not valied i used the serial key on the back of my manual please help me
