Somewhere a long time ago I read that one of the patches might include a way to actually place your race logo on your ships. Thats pretty much the only thing I would be excited about after the 1.1 patch. This extra creative option would be fantastic if used like jewelry, capable of resizing and rotating and mounted on hard points.

Yes, Im playing 1.1 with no mods. Buy if there are people out there designing ships and upgrading them fine... maybe its got to do with my settings... Or that im a custom race?
please release a Star Wars ship db so that we could use the Star Wars ships without having to do a whole game-changing mod.

Every time I design a new ship it works alright until I save and reload and then I can no longer update any of my designed ships. It always says "THE SELECTED COMPONENT IS TOO LARGE TO FIT ON THE SHIP DESIGN" Is this happening to others? It happens to me 100% of the time.
Do you have the latest version of the game, downloaded from stardock (no CD yet) and have enabled cheats? If so, please inform me how to enable them. On this forum I have encountered the following contradictory statements: 1) you need to make a copy of your .exe file (this is the file in your main directory that opens the game up for you. NOT the file that opens up the little "autoexecute" window that allows you to launch the game or upd
