Just to round things out, apparently OpenAI's sandbox wasn't what it should have been. OpenAI's crew did not do their due diligence. Which is what this is all about: It's too damned easy for something like this to have occurred. There are no rigid , iron clad rules nor protocols in place for testing this stuff.
