Reply to Anybody else experiencing problems with Paypal in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

Hi. Yes i am sure the mail is the same, i checked my spam folder several times and there is nothing there, also when i ask stardock to email me the serial numbers i only get the titles i purchased previously. I am soo frustrated, i canceled my account with paypal this morning and i am downloading the update via bittorrent now, sad that it has to be this way. And why haven't i even received a reply from Stardock after mailing twice ?

Hey All. I Purchased Twilight of the Arnor and paid via paypal, the money was withdrawn from my account but a purchase was never registered with Stardock, i did not receive any serial numbers and i can not download the addon, i sent mail to [email protected] a week ago but nobody has replied, i expect lousy customer service from EA, but not from Stardock. Anyone else had this issue, am i missing something ?, Please advise. K
