ICL & ICONPACKAGE: How do I install ? in Icons WinCustomize Forums

help me, please. i've just d-loaded an icon pack and it comes with 2 files, one has ICL xtension and the other one has ICONPACKAGE xtension. what program do i need to install them ? iconpackager 2.5 won't work.
