I would be up for the Alpha being mostly for people who have participated a lot in the previous betas (I'm not in this list) say 50 or more of them. Reward the people who have given lots of feedback. The rest could be random like Frogboy was thinking.
Windisch
Quoting Windisch, reply 22Ok, so it was because I used tokens. Makes sense. New proposal for the way to pick the users who get in the alpha....pick the people with the game already in their registration page.... NO users get into the alpha, that is why it is an alpha, it is an internal incomplete build used by developers... when its in beta it is being tested (say, by users)... there is likely to be a close
Is there a list anywhere of the changes that will be in 1.01?
I would be up for some sort of Admiral/Hero to add to ships to add bonuses. Could have ace pilots for smaller ships also.
Listen to Kefka! You don't want to piss him off! Did you see what he did to Gestahl? Anyway, my vote is still for #1 or #3.
You can add bank accounts to Paypal also. Not sure if there is a limitation in Europe.
I understand. I wouldn't mind 1 email a day that has a digest of all the updates to watched threads. I have been using the "My Posts" sectionm but I sometimes forget about other threads. Thanks for the quick responses.
Is this an option in the forum? I haven't seen it. Is this something that might get added in the future?
I am also. I just wish they would hurry up with the beta.
I verified what he's saying. In impulse Demigod is there. Under Community/Account/Registrations Demigod is missing. He purchased it Digital Download through Impulse.
Not even close to the same game. Its a space flight sim mmo. Looking forward to it.
I would also like to add my request to the end of the mooching bandwagon! If any kind stranger has a spare one, you would have the gratitude of a faceless, anonymous person!
How about posting a picture of you crying over a Demigod screenshot? Maybe that sad face will get you a code. **Note** I don't have a code, so I'm not saying I'll give you one.
My vote changes to #3. If that doesn't work out, then #1. Its awesome that we have input on something so critical to the game. You guys rock!
The overlay is part of Impulse Reactor, and isn't really related to the Impulse app. It's just a DLL that can be loaded by games for extra functionality.
Can/Will this be used for Sins now or in the future? Can we apply this to any game/program, like Steam does?
Speaking of meetings. Since you're making a Demigod video. How about a Making of video for Elemental for Collector's Edition?
Just got out of a meeting talking this over. I think we're getting closer to a really fun, yet still involved economic system. [e digicons]:)[/e]
Awesome. Can't wait to hear what the final decision is.
My vote is for Camp 1. Although it would be nice to have an option for Camp 2 also. I could see players wanting to select an easier resource option at times. If I want to play a quick game, I wouldn't mind switching to the "easier" system. If thats not an option, I vote for 1. Sounds fun to me.
Go Blackhawks! Although a Penguins/Red Wings final does have a certain appeal....
Pretty cool. I have not heard of the Unity Web Player. Need to look into this.
Quoting ferm1nc, reply 3Sadly, no...theres no way to know. I mean come on, how can a game notice the difference between someone bumping accidentaly into the router....with another bumping purposely into the router...hahaha Haha. I ment is it possible to have some kind of algorithim, that maybe looks at HOW that person got disconnected and then comes to a conclusion based on freqeuncy, time in game, and when that person d/c.
</p
Left4Dead was $50 at release and is MP only.
You can play campaign single-player. Although the focus is on MP.
What I am wondering is if the save files for the (online) multiplayer games will still be stored on your own machines, or if they will also be stored on SD's servers.
Good question. I'm going to assume they will store it. It would make it easier to play from different machines also. Save game could be linked to your Impulse account. Login and see your saved games.
Hi, I preordered in November, but I have not got it on my registrations on impulse. I thought it wasn't there because it wasn't released. Should I be worried? *I have got a order number and an email receit.
I wouldn't say you should be worried. You have your records proving the purchase. I preordered recently on the
