WinCustomize ForumsOk, I can't figer this out and can't find where to make my own thread. So here is my problem. When ever I try to run this windows blind it comes up saying... Windows cannot open this file... bla bla bla and goes on to say that Windows needs to know what program created it. So what program do i need to use the windows blinds?
