windowblinds theme in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

hi windowsblinds theme GT3 installs fine but for some reason the wallpaper doesn't, all that happens is that the desktop is just black and i cant even change it with desktop properties. i have windowblinds 4.5 any help would be great juggler.Inc
