First time with Window Blind in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi Everyone I hope that some can help me with Window Blinds. Everytime I download a new skin its say its downloading to a temporary folder. I can not seem to find the file I am downloading. I also go to the display properties and try to install it from there and I still can not find it. Can someone be kind enough to help me out. Thanks
