How to add Display Properties menu in RightClick in RightClick Stardock Forums

As the title of my post indicates it, how can I add the Display Properties menu in RightClick (the one where I can change the wallpaper, etc..) I think I tried everything in RightClick, and I'm wondering maybe it's not possible. Thank you very much midisyl
