Well, some good news if any of you guys are still following this post.... I solved the problem. Simply go to this page and follow the directions, its pretty easy. I have this same problem as first poster. Very odd. Sometimes it works fine in some "Open" windows, but usually it does not skin properly. A minor quibble, but when you are taking hours to tweak icons bc you are insane, its a hassle! Hopefully someone has a better answer, or a later version of IP will correct this.
