Well I guess I opened up a can of worms with this thread. That was not my intent. I was just seeking clairification on what I read. You know what they say, don't believe everything that you read. Now I have a couple of questions. 1. How come when I try to use the skin browser and enter a question or comment I get -99 ? 2. When do I get the ability to rate?

I also have to agree with adni. All the skinners bring something unique and different to the table. I do have some favorite skins. Wallpaper- Gods Microwave.

Davad, I some what agree with you, but I also agree with Jafo. This is definitely a two edged sword. I hope everyone takes the responsibility that is needed and do a great job rating.

Well, this or any form of art is not my cup of tea. If I didn't have a ruler I couldn't draw a straight line. My hats off to those of you that can produce these skins. I dl terragen because it was free and I wanted to see if a person with no creative art abilities could make something. I was shocked at what it could do. It was to easy. Yes Mobius, I guess that it could enhance someones capibilities if they had some. But not mine.

I know that art come in many different forms and medias. I don't agree with a lot of them, but I have a question. How can you compare a hand drawn picture ie(corel, psp or paint shop) with a computer generated picture ie(bryce or terragen)? I down loaded terragen last night and made a nice picture in less than 5 minutes. I would be embarrassed to upload it. I didn't make it, the computer did. Whats everyone else's opnion?

I maybe a little old fashion but I do not feel slited that a few (as Peff calls Elite) people have icons. Thats what was called rank has its privileges. I would hope that it doesn't start looking like LOS.

I find this funny. I want my cake and I want to eat it to. The only place you can do that, is at home. Nothing in this world is free. If some skinners want to test the open market, let them remove their skins. I'll bet that this site will survive. The new skinners will develope and produce great skins. So I don't think a few dollars will break the bank and it will give you a place to upload your skins. So lets all join together and become a team.
