Thanks for the responses. Here is what I've been able to determine based on the suggestions. I moved the location of my primary monitor (from being on the left to the right) but with no success. I then tried switching my default monitor to be the bigger monitor and that resolved the issue (having it on either side worked). Windows extend beyond right side of secondary monitor in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

All the skins that I've downloaded cause maximized windows to extend well beyond the right side of my secondary monitor. I am running a two monitor system. When maximizing a window in the primary monitor the window maximizes correctly. The primary monitor is running at 1024 x 768 while the secondary monitor is running at 1280 x 1024. This really sucks because pretty much all of the skins I'd like to use are problematic. I'm hoping someone has a answer

I am experiencing the same problem plus one more. The same skins that cause FireFox to vibrate also cause maximized windows to extend well beyond the right side of my secondary monitor.
