I ran the test for v1-01 and recieved an error message that files were corrupt. Re-installed game and recieved same message. What can I do?

My game freezes right after intro, I hear the erreor box, but can not see it to know what it says. My video card is the SIS 630\730 driver is sis630m.drv any help would be appreciated.
