there's nothing in my startup excet office and rainlendar. under msconfig, i noticed some shady things but have been unable to remove/permanently suppress certain apps from starting up. something called "System32:fhwnbdc" which seems rather suspiscious... anyone know of a program that can remove startup items. the tweak utility included in iconpackager isn't doing an adequate job

tried using old omegas. even removed them completely, using the stock winxp radeon drivers..same thing. in fact, that kind of rules out the possiblity of a driver probelm when my system boots up, everything is normal. menus skinned, then a few seconds later, it's like something else loads which suppresses skinning of the menus. also, this problem causes windowfx to load improperly too. however, at any time, the "Favorites" down menu in any window is fully skinned, while all others are n
i uninstalled the shareware LONG ago before i bought it. it's never given me any problems until just recently. and i find that, if i unload WB and then load it back up again, everything is fine...but obviously, i don't want to have to have to do that every time i boot up
it's a radeon 9500pro card. i did a "clean" install of the drivers...no dice. no one else with the new cats have a problem with windowblinds 4.2?
Hi, after installing the ati catalyst 4.3 omega drivers, windowblinds has stopped skinning menus on my computer. if anyone else is having this problem, is there a solution? thanks

Hi, everyone knows that the classic start menu has that big horizontal bar at the top, where the user's name appears, right? ordinarily, i'd say that thing is pretty thick. but some setting, which i stumbled upon before in a now forgotten program (not natively supported by winxp), let you make that bar about half as high as the original. somehow, my start menu now has that thinner version of the bar. i'd really like to make it the default thickness...if anyone remembers a prog
