Maybe instead of "Have You Downloaded Windows 7 RC" the title should have been, "Are You A Optimist Or A Pessimist", me, well I'm a Optimist, been nearly dead twice with heart problems, then a cancer scare, what the hell, it's just a computer operating system, not the end of the world as we know it, OR IS IT, just kidding, give it a go, it canny bite. Jim ; )
I have, on download day, did a clean install, all seems to working that I need to work, Paintshop Pro, Adobe Elements 7, Corel Video Studio, my printer, my scanner, and I have had that since way back, on XP, most other programs that I used on Vista, they are working on Windows 7, so far, so good, hope it continues, it has been a pleasant experiance so far and I have already started filling my piggy bank and I have a year to save up, I would hope that by my 61st birthday in September, all my kids

I am using Elements 5, Ulead PhotoImpact 12, am running trial version of PSP X1, and Microsoft Digital Image Pro 2006, so I'll download Expressions and give it a buzz. Jim
I had same problem when trying to update, went ahead and uninstalled, re-installed through SDC, all ok, had same with Iconpackager too. Jim
I too had the same problem updating, downloaded Stardock Central and reinstalled, update then worked OK. Jim

I have used this screensaver since it's release as Beta in December 2005, I think it was, anyway, having bought most of "The Good" aquarium screensavers, this one is fantastic and gets better and better with the constant work Alan does on his project, all updates so far have been free, also there is a forum on the site where you can interact directly with the Auther of this screensaver, would highly recomend it. Jim
Hi Marouane, unload windowblinds, it will then go into windows classic view, right/click desktop, select properties, click on tab, appearances, in first drop down window, select windowsXP Style, select which one you want, from colour scheme drop down, blue/silver/green and there you have it. Hope this helps.Jim
Hi Neil, I accept that wholeheartedly, but if he did not know that, well, and that is why I pointed him over to neowin, I just thought, maybe, you were a little curt, in your reply. Jim
Hi Neil, he is obviously new to this idea of posting on this forum, see "Dear Sir", did not think it could do any harm to help, and of course point him in the right direction as to which forum he could find information. Also, we have seen other products not made by Stardock, discussed on this forum. By the way, it should be www.neowin.net. Jim
See on www.neowin.com you have to download this .dll and place it into your windows/system folder, then it works ok. If you cannot get it, contact me on jimkrazATomneDOTnet and I will send it to you, but you will find link to .dll on neowin. Jim
I may be wrong, but from memory, and it's not that good, this site only provides Themes, ie. VSstyles, they are not Windowblind themes, therefore you need StyleXP to install these. Jim
Downloaded all from your site, great stuff, Thanks, Jim.
Dead pixel, maybe, is it a new flat screen, or an oldy. If TFT could be pixel problem. Jim
Glad you got there in the end and that information was of some use, Jim.
Open Iconpackager, highlight the set you wish to alter, doubleclicking it seems to work for me, then click on button "Icons and Cursors" there you highlight the icon you wish to change, click on "Change Icon", browse to where you have UNZIPPED the replacement Icon, select/open, then File/Save Package, and there you are, package will now show with new Icon. Hope this helps, Jim.

When you select Add Skin for WB5 config, you then have to browse to where you have stored your downloaded skins, bye the way, if they are in a Zip file, best to unzip first, select .wba file, open, then check to see in config window, if not click Rebuild List, hope that helps. Jim
