All over the world people dispute elections results. Just think about. Everywhere I turn, I'm hearing things about the Election in the Ukrine, the iraqi election, even here. The famous 2000 election; the 2004 election isn't even over. Recounts in ohio, the washington govenership, and several congreesional seats are still disputed and will have a recount. We have to do something about this major world problem. But How?
