PolMach Forumsi like the assload of hq's/built up hq's in big money states strategy. newspaper advertising in states where you have high awareness, but aren't getting traction on the issues; i go on tv in fl, ca, oh or tx. i usually don't end up advertising until at least week 15. is there a way to randomize the campaigns? who are all the locked candidates? is it possible to unlock candidates and run w/ them?
