Personally, I like the Clout/Capital system a lot better than the 2004 system. But I would like to see Clout be able to be transferred into something else at a reduced benefit. In other words, after spending 30 Clout on my last endorsement, maybe I could buy Capital at a rate of 3 to 1; or as others suggested, spend large chunks on forcing an interview.
Just purchased the game the other day, and it ran slow, but fine. Then I downloaded the update to 1.5, and now I am seeing jaggy sections of the blue background "poke through" the states as I pan around the map. I hadn't made any settings changes and I was just wondering if there was any way to fix this.
I have a question. Has anyone put together a FAQ that details exactly what you get for putting X number of points into a particular characteristic? In other words, I'd like to know what the difference is between a "4" Intelligence and a "5", and so on. Anyone tried this yet? Cap
