Regardless, go read "Sea Sick" if you really want to see what the impact of pollution is having.
Pollution is bad - just look at Beijing. However CO2 is not pollution. It is an essential life gas for the planet. We are at roughly 400ppm right now. Should that drop by 60%, plant life stops. Without plants, you have no herbivores. With no herbivores the carnivores die. Etc. etc. etc. &nbs

You can have mine! (Surface RT). [e digicons]:|[/e] I got my wife a Kindle Fire - only $300 (why buy wifi when you can tether it to your phone?). HD and a reader. And runs enough remote access programs (based upon android) so that it really is a good tablet.

My first trip was in 66, I was about 10. I-40 was about 40% done, and yes, we crossed in Memphis (it was not done through there). It was a Chevy as well, but near as I remember, it was a 62 or 3. Not the sleek shape of yours, more like the boats of the 60s. But I had a great time. Burma Shave signs, Navaho stores. And seeing the outside world for the first time. It was tiring, but an adventure for me. I crossed by car another

I know that story, and have read some about the Lippizaners. But I have never seen them (even though I spent 2 years in Germany). A treat I regret.

It is also called responsibility. A trait that yes, America is losing due to the examples of DC.
Before this thread is 'disappeared' - you'd think They'd have had better intel on the Tsarnaevs if They really do listen to and read everything. Scarier thought is that They actually did. Have the intel, that is.
They had the intel. They did not look at it. As others indicate, they did not fit the profile (angry white male), so they were not followed up on. The data

Not all climate models are wrong. But those used to promote a meme of AGW always are. The reason is simple. It is not science. It is a conclusion chasing data. I have made an extensive study of the claims. The problem is that the proxy data is exactly what they accuse the skeptics of doing (cherry picking - MBH98 is based on a single Tree in Yamal). Many dismiss the CG emails because no illegal activities were p

Yes, they work in the forums, if you create them on the JU Site. But it does not blank them if you read the comment on the JU site. Not a real problem. I thought I would just point that out in case anyone was to switch over to read the comments. Forewarned is fore-armed!

I was very disappointed with that. Also the ethnicity. On the second, I had not though of that until you mentioned it. But yes, that can only be considered a blooper. Enterprise predates Star Trek, and that was detailed in tha

A great soldier story. And yes, in the military, you move so often, that you get to know more people than civilians do. Thank you for sharing the story. He is the epitome of what makes the Military great.

I saw the Imax 3d. I did not really notice a marked improvement over the old 2d, but my son was thrilled. Since no spoilers, I will not state what I did not like. As a movie it was great. As a ST movie, I had problems with it.
