After saving a game, exiting, and re-loading, I am unable to move or reassign new agents created after the save point. e.g. On turn 38 I save, exit, and reload saved game. Turn 39 I create a new spin doctor in the state my politician is in, but am unable to select him in any fashion in order to move him to other trouble locations.
