Dangling Cursors in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi everyone, Anyone know of a site to buy/download a program that lets you create your own dangling cursors? It looks like objects are hanging from it and they move around like on a rubber band, sling-shot kindof when you move the cursor on the screen. Thanx!
