I have the same video card (Radeon IGP 345M) and the exact same problem when I tried to download the catalyst drivers. However, the problem is not with your computer or with Stardock; the problem lies with ATI, who refuses to support the video cards they put in laptops. I have a sony laptop with an ATI Radeon IGP 345M graphics card (64 mb) and an Intel Celeron processor (2.4 ghz). I also have direct X and all my drivers fully updated. I can get through the installation and intro movie just fine, but once it gets to what I guess is the main menu, the game just freezes up.
