I'm having an issue with fantasy mode. When I check the "randomize state issues" box, I get the same 3 issues in every state: Gov't TV channels, Backyard oil drilling, and Mandatory biking. Even when I start a new game, it's the same 3 issues, and every state the same. Anyone else having this problem? I'm running v 1.01 by the way.

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. Not all the time though, only in some games. If anyone has any ideas on what to do, let me know.
