Nice to see a Patton reference. Liberal feminist vegatarians need to watch the opening speech in the Patton movie. As for what to do in Iraq, I'm only sure of a couple of things: 1. We can't pull out tommorow. 2. It would be nice if the U.N. represented an altruistic, powerful global community....but thats just not the case. At some point, I would support completely destroying cities with militant strongholds using massive air

It says in the post that a majority of American's think that Kerry would handle the economy better. That is an error. The latest polls show Bush leading in the economy 50-45. Another interesting thing about that post is that it uses the term "near majority" twice. Thats a minority.

The United States gives more foreign aid around the world than any other nation. The nation that receives the largest amount of U.S. foreign aid is Israel. The U.S. essentially gives every Israeli citizen nearly 1000 dollars each year.

Ok. People need to start posting more tips. I'm having a hard time beating the campaign. My main question is...At what point should you start advertising...what type of advertising?...etc.

Perhaps people complaining that you can't raise a family on minimum wage shouldn't be having kids in the first place. It would have the practical result of weeding out unsuccessful genes from the the human gene pool.

I listened to O'Reilly's radio show today and he was in no way defending Rather. He was saying quite a bit of negative stuff about him. O'Reilly just doesn't think that Rather knew the documents were fake before he reported it. O'Reilly's Position is that Dan Rather thought that the documents were legitimate but, now that they think they may have been duped, CBS is trying to cover things up.

I'm completely against reparations. But if we are going to talk about it, lets talk about giving reparations to native americans before we talk about giving them to black people. Slavery was bad....but what happened to the Native Americans was far worse.

If you want to talk about percentages, why do successful people pay 35% taxes while unsuccessful people (the poor) pay 0%? While were on the subject of percentages, lets not forget that only 0.0003% of the population has died in Iraq. (Texaswahine is gonna give me hell for bringing that up).

If a poll with the name CNN (Clinton News Network) and USA Today (A newspaper that has Michael Moore on its payroll) say that Bush is up 7 points....I believe it.

The Bush lead is more like 47% - 46%. However, Bush has 213 electoral votes in the bag whereas Kerry has only 175. www.rasmussenreports.com is perhaps the most respected pollster out there. They update daily at noon.

The good thing about a democracy is the same thing that can make it weak......everyone has a voice. By definition, 50% of the population has below average intelligence. In a true democracy the bottom 51% can over-rule the top 49%. I think thats crazy, so I would support limiting the vote to smart....or at least informed voters. I've always thought that you should have to take a short, simple quiz before being allowed to vote. If you don't know

The problem I have with compulsory voting is that people who have little interest and little knowledge about issues would be voting.

Bush graduated from Yale. Its my opinion that unless you have an Ivy league school on your resume, you really can't criticize Bush's resume too much.
