In campaign mode my first opponet was condi rice i beat her and then advanced to arnold, i beat arnold 3 or 4 times now and it seems that i cant advance past him on to the next political figure. I beat Arnold but i just cant climb up the ladder after him

Hi I created myself as a democrat is this game and I’ve beaten Condi Rice and Arnold yet I can’t seem to advance past Arnolds in campaign mode ( I've beaten him 3 or 4 times now), what’s going on, please someone help me
