I have the same issue Maverick. I went the Ubisoft technical support route - here's what I've found out. First, Ubisoft's answer to every technical support question, UPDATE YOUR DRIVERS. They had me update my video drivers (Catalyst 4.8 for AIW 7500), and audio drivers (SB Live! drivers). When that didn't work, they had me update the firmware on my cd drive, because they say that the program is crashing at the copy protection detection stage. That didn
