I bought the game in a store. I'm having the same problem with campaign mode that is mentioned below. It looks like the 1.0.1 might fix it so I am trying to get the update from Stardock. Stardock sees the update, but won't give it to me because I'm not registered. It won't let me register Political Machine without a serial #, but I can't figure out where the serial # is. I've tried all of the numbers on the inside rim of the back of the CD

The first time (vs. Wesley Clark) I won the popular and the EC votes handily. In the race against Carter I lost multiple states 100-0% . Not very realistic, but I didn't care since I was focused on the EC. Among the states I lost 100-0 were Hawaii, Alaska and most of New England. I was also slaughtered in NY and NJ (something like 80-20). I won the EC by winning CA, IL, TX, FL, PA , OH, etc usually around 53-47.

I'm having the same problem except it is the 2nd campaign and I just beat Jimmy Carter by 180 EC votes. I did however lose the popular vote. That should not impact the ability to continue though. I am using 1.00? The one I bought at the store last night. If this is corrected in the new version, where do I get it?
