Is the 1.01 update available yet? If so where is the link to download it at?

When will this game be in stores? It has been about a week since it has shipped and itt is still not at my local Bestbuy, Compusa, or Circuit City. Is the game ever going to be at the stores?

What is a battleground state? What qualifies a state as a battleground state?

I am getting very impatient about the release date for this game. I want to buy this in stores and it seems that every time i check online for store availability it is pushed back a day. At bestbuy.com , compusa.com, and circuitcity.com, it isnt even listed as being available soon. Its not even in there database. Is this game going to be shipped to these stores? And when will this game actually be in stores?

Is this a game that you can buy at stores when it comes out and pop the CD in and install it or is this a game where u just download it?

What extra stuff do u get if you order it from the site instead of buying it in stores?
