I also clicked the submit button after I entered each one of my e-mail addresses and got an error message stating that I should try back at a different time. I am not happy about this since I see that other people have had the same problem and that we have purchased a game from this company with the thought in mind that it will take care of any issues that occur from programming errors and the like.
