"CNN's exit poll showed Kerry beating Bush among Ohio women by 53 percent to 47 percent. Kerry also defeated Bush among Ohio's male voters 51 percent to 49 percent" http://us.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/OH/P/00/epolls.0.html Ill just let that speak for itself.

that Bush won every state he did in 2000 (although you could argue all day about Florida and no one would care) and pick up 2 close states (that were closer then Florida in 2000 I believe) with one having a democrat in charge and paper ballots. I mean I really dont really think its that unbelievable.

Im not worried I looked at this possiblity before (not really believing it was real just thinking about it) and the democrat states are spread out and they wont get much allied support. Not to mention that the farmers are republican as well as the soldiers and the factory workers are pretty much split (and its hard for an army to win without those 3 large components.)

(first off try saying that ten times fast.) But on to the point. I was looking around left wing sites today (mostly at Michael Moores to get his reacting and Bushflash because hes hilarious) and noticed that at the ones that had something it was generally along the lines of those stupid machines must have screwed us (which I would like to hear about how Bush won Iowa considering we dont use those machines (anywhere I think) and we have a very liberal

Yeah he probably would be a better VP (hey maybe we could get a republican governor back to Iowa if he tries and fails at going for VP :hopes and prays:) and Gepharts already tried and failed (misserbly) in Iowa I dont see that changing and as the caucus showed us (although I never quite was able to figure out why concidering how pidly Iowas is in the sceme of things) if your a midwestern guy and dont win/do good in Iowa you wont get the nomination or

Rats I guess Jewish people will have to make up a new holiday for this.... owwwwwwww stop hitting me.

Yeah and Bush's next four years and Edwards breast cancer (tragic I know but still) are getting more attention then this. No one is covering this at least not in as much detail as it should be. Well I dont think we have much to worry about, he wont die until late december (yes I know horrible joke but wouldnt it be horribly iroinic if it was true.)

How can everyone be forgetting Tom Vilsack from Iowa. Being an Iowan I pray to God this doesnt happen but hes a governer from a swing state that has been big in the elections the past two years (despite not mattering at all either time ), not to mention the Iowa Caucus will give him an early lead.

Its such a shame Powell wont ever run for President he would make a good one and will very likely keep republicans in power for 4 more years after this.

Why havent they put Iowa in the Bush column yeah its close but 12,000 votes with 100% of precents reporting seems pretty wrapped up to me especcally considering Iowas size and I dont think we have the provessional ballots that Ohio did. Same thing goes for NM as yeah its close but year Bush has won. I know neither of these states matters but being an Iowan it would be kindof nice to know my vote helped Bush win in my first election (well I did do the

And it looks like Bush is going to win Ohio (hes been up there all day and as far as I know there arent any really really really liberal areas there that have yet to be counted.)

6 Replies 3,494 Views

Hey I just noticed if Bush wins Ohio Alaska Neveda and Iowa and Kerry wins the rest it will be an exact tie. Not saying thats too likely but it would be cool! Especcally if Democrats took over the senate! President Bush Vice President Edwards. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

64 Replies 21,307 Views

Now all Bush needs to do is win Ohio (now quite likely I think) and 16 other electoral votes to win. What will I do with my freetime now this message board will die now .

64 Replies 21,307 Views

Everyone besides foxnews did last time (the opposite way) and Bush has been ahead there by 300,000 or so all night so it makes sense they would finally call it. Now all we need it Ohio and I can go to bed happy.
