I never campaign there but its worthless I think. Alaska only cares about drilling and hawaii is just not worth going for 3 votes. Id rather go to the idaho/ montana area. And is it a good strategy to follow your opponent the whole game to every state he goes to? I cant beat teddy roosevelt with my created candidate and clinton cant get past nixon. So if i only go to the states that my opponent goes to, do I have a better chance of winning?

He is beating me and taking all of the endorsements when i am using up turns early to get my capital to get endorsements. He attacks me on everything every second and it is so annoying. Also is washington really a republican? And they have jefferson as a democrat when i thought he was republican. Also, Schwarzenegger shouldnt be able to run for president cause he was born outside of the united states. Anyways, it is so hard to beat him. Nixon

If you read my post about the electoral college, you see kerry winning more votes but loses cause of the electoral college. That is wrong how kerry would lose even though more people voted for him.

Thank you gideon, we need more parties on stage. Id like to see nader on stage. If it was kerry, bush, and nader. Bush would look like a fool and bush would lose votes. It may help kerry. Nader would get more respect and therefore take votes away from bush. So its not kerry losing votes. With more people, they say it would take forever, but we need to give everybody equality.

Good job gideon. We do need a 3rd party to be big instead of always democrats and republicans. I do lean towards democrats like dean, sharpton, jesse jackson, kerry gore clinton, etc. I respect a lot of ralph nader and he should run but not try to get him off the ballot cause you think kerry will lose votes. Or just get him on cause republicans want kerry to lose. He said he will not accept any signature who

This sucks. Walmart said that it did not have the game. Then i got my mom to order it and she will take my money out of the bank so i am really paying for it including shipping and handling. I was sick of waiting and walmart never even heard of it. I was geting sick of waiting so I would get it tuesday. I was in there today and it was on their shelves. So i could have used my gift certificate to walmart on the game rather than ordering it because I wan

You know people died to get the right to vote. Of course everybody has the right to vote no matter what you think. I cant believe that this is actually a discussion topic.

Zbuck, you are saying that we are a republic? We are a democracy and that is what it says in our government. A democracy should have whoever gets the most votes wins. That is the topic. The electoral college, based on my example, shows that a person with more votes can lose. Even though I know not only 1person is gonna vote in a state. It doesn't matter if you live in NY,UT,CA,IL,IA, or any state, you live in our country and your vote counts. The most

It seems that republicans want the electoral college because it is the only way for them to win. Or bush lovers. Bush cannot have a chance to win wihout the electoral college. Bush haters and democrats prefer popular vote because most of our country, not just people who vote, but most of this country is not republican. Im

But gore won the popular vote and bush won the electoral college with the help of the supreme court. What still bothers me is that they chose to count the votes then the republicans made them not count the votes. They were afraid that gore really won. If they were confident that they won why didnt they let every vote count to see if Bush really won. Instead of Katherine Harris who was on Bush's side announce that he won when all votes were not counted.

Historyishere, yes it may encourage voting yet it may not encourage voting. Yes we do need a better system. If this upcoming election is won by bush who I think is not popular among voters, if he wins because of this electoral college and kerry has the most votes, then I better see Kerry in that white house. If Bush wins period i will feel emotionally sad but if he wins legitimately unlike 2000, then somehow the people who voted got who the majority wa

ok, you are right that places like wyoming and montana wouldn't see much, but their is unfortunately a disadvantage as their is to everything. We could still have the electoral college, but whoever gets the most votes should be president even if you lose the electoral vote. But then the question is that the other states' votes would not count. The thing also with the electoral college is that places like california have 55 votes and utah has only 4 so

Im saying that whoever gets more votes deserves the presidency. But you look at my example that the electoral college can give a presidency to a person who does not get more votes. With the state thing, a state should not determine who is our president. If the electoral college is close and ohio goes to a person by a few votes, those few votes should not choose our president. That can eliminate the lead from

Lets say 7 million people in New York voted. And lets say all of those votes went to kerry. Lets say that 1 person in each of the other 49 states voted and all of those states went for Bush. The outcome would be kerry 7 million and Bush 49 votes. Bush would win because he would get more electoral votes even though Kerry got more votes. The US has american ciizens not state citizens. We're not illinois citzen

Im getting sick of republicans doing this negative stuff. Its not what he has on his record or what he said. It is what will he do for families and the economy. Who will get our country better. Bush has not done anything to answer those questions. The republicans are attacking when they are not helping the country. Who has the best plan. Bush is showing me nothing. Who cares about the Vietnam thing. I want a better America. Not a selfish of who is to ge

They should get Kerry and Bush to play the political machine online against each other to see who has a better chance of winning. You have to give Kerry the advantage cause Bush will still be trying to figure out how to work the keyboard. lol

The terror alerts that you have been hearing on the news are old threats. Those threats were 3 years ago. This will be in the washington post. This was before 9/11 and if the administration did anything it would have been stopped. The bush administration is making this look like it is new and running on the issue of fear trying to make people scared so that bush can get voted in for protecting the country. Th

o reilly is a dumbass. he did not listen to moore, especially when he asked him if he would send his kid to secure fallujah. He just said he'd sacrifice himself. Moore is a patriotic guy who obviously cares about his country and the first amendment. he speaking his mind where bush has no mind. And o'reilly kicked ludacris out of pepsi for his stupid remarks. Oreilly does not care about what is going on. he only cares about a dictatorship.

it was stupid to kick her off. if it was against kerry than they would have kept her on. anything against bush, you are kicked off? how low has the government gone. it's her free speech. Of course the bush administration doesn't believe in the first amendment. 2 people were arrested cause they were protesting bush at an anti bush rally when they were just speaking what they believe. that is wrong. Aladdin was stupid for kicking her off. Not right at al
