They're good for skinning app developers, as they're very popular, and it helps keep the apps popular and bring in customers. But from a skinners point of view, I think they're bad. Shows a lack of creativity, and in many of the cases, it's simply an example of someone seeing something popular and well liked, and deciding they want a piece of that action, so they ca

The reason for the lack of originality in skinning now is ego. Yes, it's always present when some form of artistic creativity is involved, but there's very few skinners out there who can even comprehend the concept of not HAVING to upload every skin. The majority are all about making whatever's popular to reap the attention and comments. Can't even begin to count the number of "I added 'whatever' to this

The reason your post was removed is because you were given the answer in it, which you saw and responded to so there was no further need for it anyway, and the post also highlights a small bug present on the site which is being worked on. Leaving the post up would allow people to exploit the bug.

And if you need to centre an existing object, simply select the whole document (CTRL+A) then switch to the move tool (V) and then on the toolbar at the top, you'll see a bank of 6 alignment buttons, arranged as 2 groups of 3. The centre button in each group is align horz, and align vert. This also works with aligning to other object. If you have a circle shape in the top corner and you want your text centr

You received no ill treatment. We've answered question politely in this thread, your original one got overlooked, then you started with an attitude. Would have been simple enough to point it out to us without sarcasm instead of assuming there's some grand conspiracy against you. Regarding your original question, no, there won't be any subskins. They would require quite a big reworking of all 5 skins.

It defeats the point of creating an unusual set of skins though, as we'd be getting sales on the basis of them having standard versions, which people would be more inclined to use. Making 'regular' sub skins would negate the need to even make the Unorthodox versions.

I've been a PC user for 6 years and recently I decided to pick up an old G3 B&W PowerMac from ebay. I spent some cash upgrading it to run SATA, and will be putting the 1Ghz CPU upgrade in next month, plus more RAM. It currently runs 400mhz, 348MB RAM, and I have a just installed PC Radeon 7000 flashed to run on a Mac. I installed OSX Panther on it, and I find myself barely using the PC since I did so. Despite it's current low specs, it's a VERY

If you switch to a smaller font size, it'll bring the text up to the centre line. The vertical content margins don't seem to work for the userpane, so you need to mess around with the font settings and eventually you'll find the right size for centred text.

I don't particularly like OS ports. The involve little skill and I have no time for someone essentially using premade graphics, but I can see why people would want to use them. Why pay a few hundred dollars for a Mac when 50 will get you the looks?

There's one out there called Winplosion. It's still very early and not 100% accurate yet, still a bit rough. but it does do an emulation of Exposé in XP. It's shareware and you the site is here: http://www.winplosion.com/

And since you decided you wanted the public in on this, I may as well inform you that not all the uploads were moderated for the work themselves, but rather for the link in the decription to a hacking/cracking site. You've already had 1 rejected (Along with a warning about it), and you did it again. 1 more and action will have to be taken.
