unable to activate Fence 2 in Fences Stardock Forums

Hi guys, I just installed fence 2, I had fence 1 before from an object dock bundle bought in 2010. But I am unable to activate, pressing the buttons produce nothing, works fine in trial mode. when I push the unlock previous Purchase, nothing. internet connection is fine, no proxy, tried to disable firewall...samething. any idea ? I am on win 7 64bits.
