Any ETA on a Version Compatible with WindowsBlind 5 beta

Not pushing... Just wondering.

I didn't realize for several weeks that they weren't compatible - I thought the WB5 beta was just killing me. Then I found the developer notes saying they couldn't run together. (Wasn't there when I first ran the WB5 beta).

So I temporarily unloaded WindowsFX and am working with the WB5 beta.

But I sure do miss WindowsFX!!! Hope it's ready fairly soon!

Neil Banfield: A beta in January is the current plan

Man, that's all I want...
Lying: I want WB6, 7, 8, 9...

AFAIK everyone is working on Galactic Civilizations 2. SD for sure does stretch our patience a bit much at the moment.

Not everyone is working on GalCiv 2.

WindowFX development is continuing in parallel to GalCiv2.  Additionally there should be a new WB update on OD soon.

Sorry, OT:
Why can I post here (SDC-Discussion/Object Desktop/WindowFx) but cannot post at SDC-Discussion/Stardock Support/WindowFx??? I must be missing something!!!

Now:
Additionally there should be a new WB update on OD soon

Will it fix something related to WindowFX???

Anyway,
It's WB 5.00[b].011 now here. Is it solving any WindoFX glitch from the old 3/6/2005 WindowFx version???

No, it has tweaks for compatibility with an upcoming WindowFX build.

The latest build of WFX should fix the explorer crash when there are no windows.

When a Window is transitioning in from a minimized state the titlebar text is garbled while doing so.
