I have been watching the story about the riots in France, and just today I discovered these were islamists doing the rioting. Interesting how the MSM failed to mention this point when reporting.

And finally, I understand Arabs are white. I didn't read much about the riots, but I understand the rioters were not Africans? (Do Africans riot in France? Do the French treat Africans worse than Arabs? If this was about dark skin, I would assume so, wouldn't I?)


if people native to the middle east weren't somewhat less white than europeans, how could we possibly profile terrorists? the official language of most french colonies in africa (or wherever) was french and many of the immigrants' families are from former french colonies.

And if this really happens every time, then perhaps there is something wrong with the decision made by those people to live in France and work for French companies.


they generally didn't have much choice cuz their parents were the actual immigrants. many of the current rioters were born and raised in france but viewed by european french natives as outsiders.

you *are* making excuses for lawless criminal behavior for which there simply is NO excuse.


no, i'm simply suggesting islanddog, gp and whoever else is incorrect in claiming the rioting is rooted in islam. for whatever reason, they seem to want it to be so. while the ultimate result of the conditions i'm describing may be to provide militant islam with a buncha eager recruits, for at least 10 years this type of riot has occured pretty much spontaneously. why give the islaamists credit for something they dont seem able to put together yet?

Lets see, give an uneducated, non native language speaking person a low paying job, and you're exploiting them. If you don't offer them a job, you're discriminating against them, (solely for their skin color, right?) Allow immigrants to enter your nation to seek a better life, and you invite riots and lawlessness if you don't bestow them with enough cash on arrival to live in a nice suburb, but close your borders or limit immigration and you're a bigot and a xenophobe

following the revolution, france was founded as a secular republic. it's larger than the other contenders (like holland and the scandanavian countries).

what makes you think the rioters are only people of arabic or middle eastern ethnicity? this episode was sparked by the death of two kids who were electrocuted while running from the cops. the family of one is from mali...the other one's family is tunisian.

First clue is the media didn't identify if they were islamic or not, which during violence usually means islamists.

The next clue is some of the media is reporting the rioters are mostly islamic now.

But let's forget that for just a second. The riots, or "episode" as you refer it, was started by two people who wouldn't obey the law. Doesn't that just sound stupid.

And they killed themselves if we are to believe the reports.  The Police did not kill them, just chase them.  SO you are saying that if a minor breaks the law, they should not be apprehended and instead allowed to continue their crime spree?

compared to this statement (if the media don't indicate whether perpetrators of violence are islamic, it usually means they are islamists), your favorite gore quote (which i'm pretty sure you find amusing because the meaning eluded you) is sagacious wisdom. what about when the media DOES identify them as islamic...does that usually mean they arent?
