Thank YOU President Bush

Some well deserved gratitude

Thank you President bush for:

Having one of the lowest unemployment rates of any sitting president.

For freeing millions of oppressed people in Afghanistan and Iraq.

For helping the Jews and Palestinians to finally start to work out a viable peace plan.

For being the first country to come to the aid of the tsunami victims.

For being true to your vision against all odds.

For being man enough to be the first president to attend a Pope’s funeral.

For wanting to do something about a broken social security system.

For being true to those that work for you, and not throw them to the wolves at the first sign of opposition.

Thank you for your incredible strength as the leader of the free world.

Thank you for being willing to reach out to the opposite party in the spirit of a stronger America.

Thank you for all the sleepless nights you spend worrying about our troops overseas.

Bless your for having the courage to wear your love of God on your sleeve.

Most of all thank you for defeating the traitorous Hanoi John Kerry in the last election so he is not in the position of betraying our great country again.

I am thankful that Bush causes his opponents to behave so insanely that they act out in ways that make them look deranged and hence causes more conservatives to be elected to the house and senate.

I don't know if there's really anything good to say about the US unemployment rate. From what I understand, the criteria used for the numbers left out a good portion of people.
"The official unemployment rate for the third quarter of 2004—5.5 percent—significantly understates the severity of the jobs crisis. The rate ignores millions of Americans who either have lost their jobs and given up on finding new ones or who want to join the workforce but are too discouraged to try because the job situation remains so bleak. If these workers were include, the unemployment rate would be 7.5 percent."

The people in Afghanistan are not free as you imagine. The US-picked president controls Kabul, and likely not the entire city either. Beyond Kabul is lawlessness, warlords running their areas, and violence is still widespread. The women have no new rights unlike what the US press imagines. And the opium. Good Lord the opium. A record smashing bumber crop guarantees tons and tons of high grade heroin destined for America and Europe. Say what you like about the evil awful Taliban, the fact is that they had nearly wiped out all serious poppy farming throughout the country. Anyone who knows about current events will tell you that Afghanistan is not secure whatsoever, the US chosen leader Karzai controls Kabul and no where else. (Imagine trying to win the argument if it were New York City and a mayor only controlled A majority of the area of Brooklyn. Would anyone be convinced this leader is stable enough and control enough to be able to bring serious freedom and democracy to the entire city? No.

And let's not get into the (lack of) freedom in Iraq. What freedom is this? Did you miss the part where the US was saying they were going into Iraq because their supposed scary non-existent WMD, then changed it to how it's because Hussein was a tyrant who tortured his own people? Recall the Abu-Graib de-facto policy images? Remember the picture of that stiff corpse on ice, a victim of torture. A picture of some God-damned person who died from torture. Say it aloud. He died from the injuries he received while being brutally tortured. Moderateman's brother or father was tortured to death not long ago by the USA-invading occupying forces of Communist China who invaded the US because they were scared of the US's "death ray" machine which was pointed at a mirror hovering over Beijing. Anyways they tortured him to death. Does moderateman feel that's fair and something you can simply get over?
A nation that tortures people they say they are giving freedom to is insane and humanely unthinkable. How do you rationalize that fact? The US even uses the same prisons Hussein did. They've killed political prisoners like Hussein did. One thing Hussein never did though is shoot up entire families at military checkpoints on a weekly basis. Hussein never killed large amounts of people without knowing who they were, without knowing if they were a threat or not, without finding out who they were first and what their crime was first. Take the awful Fallujah video. The missile fired into that group of Fallujans. The God Damned guy says it's a group of unidentified people, should he take them out? He's told affirmative take them out and they did. The US military pilot was ORDERED to fire a missile into that unidentified group of people. That is a war crime. In fact, it's so blatantly murderous, it took away over 200 years of military honor. Don't you think they should find out who they're killing before they kill them? To see if they were an actual threat. Keep in mind they were not acting aggresive and had simply been walking down the street.
The Tsunami was interesting with the missing "S" waves and the 250 miles difference in the location of the actual epicentre. Indonesia's seismologists recorded the location. When the US media got onto it, they were told is was 250 miles away at a different location. The seismologists were like "uh em err uh" because they were flabergasted. But the odd thing was the heavily armed military force he sent to do the work. People sent food and water, US first sent the military. Fine and dandy and not too crazy, but still it's an odd act.
"For being true to those that work for you, and not throw them to the wolves at the first sign of opposition"
Richard Clarke smeared. Spy Wilson outed and smeared. What on earth do you mean? Can you give some examples?
Worrying about the troops? Without the proper armor? 250 billion and the families still but them armor? Man what are you talking about?
Traitorous Kerry. That shithead was in Vietnam which was a brutal war, a war Bush evaded. It's entirely possible that one or maybe more US pilots would still be alive or may have never gone into Hanoi Hilton if Bush were there with his supposed piloting skills to help out. But he was there, Bush wasn't. Kerry had dough. He went. Bush had dough. He evaded.
Election with Diebold machines run by the Bush friend who stated once, publicly, that their job was to give Bush a win. All this info is out there. How does it evade your eyes?

I believe Reiki hit the nail on the head. Your claims of all the wonderful things dubya did are only in your dreams. As for being the first pres to attend a pope's funeral, that's just hunky dory. It was a feel-good gesture that otherwise did nothing for the people of the US.

As for dubya's road to peace in Israel, it's more like a road to nowhere. He's really done nada other than pontificate.

As for being true to his visions, well that's more like absolutely refusing to believe, or admit that maybe he's sometimes wrong. Like invading Iraq based on forgeries and falsifications.

I don't think handing our social security plan to Wall Street executives is fixing anything other than padding those execs pockets with the huge profits they'll gain from our taxes.

Wearing his love of God on his sleeve does not mean he needs to cram his Christianity down the throats of the rest of the country. Besides, I don't believe he really believes in anything except his own megolomania.

How do you know he spends sleepless nights worrying about the soldiers he sends to die overseas? Do you spend the nights in bed with him? Or does he spend sleepless nights worrying whether he's going to go to hell because he fucked up so royally over the Iraq debaucle.

He may have been the first country to get aid to the tsunami victims, but the world was horrified by the sheer pittance of it. Only after the embarassment of having only donated such a low amount did he step up to the plate and donate something more reasonable. As an aside, it's a shame that most of the victims aren't even getting the aid that was promised. I don't blame dubya for that, but something is really messed up there.

Dubya is only reaching out to the dems since he is asking Clinton for help. After all, Clinton's job ratings were quite high, and dubya's are in the toilet, and continuing to go down, down, DOWN. He's asking for clinton's help, because he's up shit's creek, and for the first time since he stole the election in 2000 he's starting to realize he's a freakin' failure. Maybe this is a good sign, though.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank both George and Tony for showing immense leadership over Iraq, I would also like to thank the US government for buying nearly 1 million landmines from Lucky Landmines Ltd.

Thank goodness that there are two insightful leaders in place on both sides of the Atlantic, George W. Bush and Tony Blair, keeping world order and showing that peasants really have no say at all.

I was worried in November that Americans would vote for the other White millionaire.

I am not sure Bush pushed the left over the edge... seems to me they were on the road long before Bush took office in 2000.

I have to agree with Draginol here.  They may have been on the raod to it, but Bush tipped them over the edge.  It is so much fun to see the loony loopy luddites make fools of themselves!

Doing SOMETHING and doing SOMETHING GOOD are very different. Better Bush did a few things well then most the things you listed poorly! By the way the unemployment rate at the end of 2000 was 3.9%. He sat on his hands for 18 months and then did not try and make sure the road map in the Middle East was followed. As many or more have died in Iraq due to the war than Saddam killed as EVIL DICTATOR! His vision is the problem it does not help solve the problems i.e. The deficit, Trade, border security. His solution to Social Security will take money from the system that is already short of money. GREAT SOLUTION. A strong leader gonig in the wrong direction is not a good thing. Hitler was a strong leader who was first elected and then became an EVIL DICTATOR

Yea, in a far left winger's mind, ANY articles that are right wing constitutes a right wing site.  But hey Myrrander, feel free to leave this right wing site any time you'd like. I would welcome it.

there is NO response that will suit ANY OF YOU LOSER LIBERALS concerning President Bush, which is why I do not bother responding to any of you, reiki, dabe and you cannot or will not be reasonable about My President.

Your president will only make me happy when he is no longer president. You are right about one thing. Nothing whatsoever will convince me that bush is anything but a dumb fucker of a wasted excuse for a human being, along with lots of his lemonhead followers.
