them to put it back to how it was. Since they are changing how it works, I think they should just bite the bullet, and go all out. The bennies far outweight the downside. Which is, incidentally, limited purely to the loss of the human power multiplier.

starbase? Like a space shipyard that is built seperately from starbases? Its an interesting idea but I think starbases can just as easily to do if the player decides to.

t), I think the "starbase as world" is best for maximizing fun and reducing micro-management. However, I feel your refinemints would improve the game play significantly, which would mean more fun as well. Either way, more fun is what its all about.
