STARDOCK SUPPORT

STARDOCK SUPPORT

Stardock's support sucks!

All I got when I reported I couldn't log in to my account was a "read the FAQ's" message!

Also the Stardock Central Installer version 111a I downloaded is broken! When run it gives an "expected size 600,000 actual size 200,000" (numbers rounded off) error message!

So I have no installer and can't log on!

Wait a second here... My computer will run without WB ?!?! Heh, just kidding, I've never had any problems getting a timely and professional response from SD. I guess the saying holds true, you can't please everyone!!

Keep up the great work!

I'll close it. What a very odd thread.

Every once in awhile you see a thread started by someone who has clearly not experienced technical support from anyone else.

I think most people who have dealt with Stardock's tech support and have also dealt with tech support of other companies would agree that Stardock's is amongst the best out there: Support news groups, FREE email and phone tech support, live chat, integrated password/serial/product info retrivial (that is fully automated). Etc.

And on top of all that, most of our software sells for $20 or less. I'm still waiting for a certain large graphics package vendor to get back to me on a very very simple question. But then again, I almost never get email responses (automated or otherwise) when I email support for most software companies.
