Not really sure on your issue, can you tell us more details. WB11 on latest Win11 on Start11? On what skin? And Start11 which Style? Which default WB11 comealong skin also show the issue you're having? More screenshots might help.

So, this is not really WB11 issue. It is more on how to change/mod your own skin to the way you want it, yes? If so, please make your own new thread so we can help you there. This will cut down on confusion with other people issue which is actually WB11 issue. Hope you understand.

Did you check your explorer search box to see if it happens on your end?

OK that tells me it's probably an issue on my end, strange it does it on any skin I run. What version of windows are you running? I doubt it's because I'm using latest version of start 11. I'm not worried as it's really only cosmetic to me as I run locate32 to do searches. Thanks for your response kind sir.

JanOscar there was really no need to rip me a new one in a PM, all I wanted was a simple anyone else showing this issue no matter what  OS or start program! My wife read it and she wasn't impressed either. <power tripping> no responses needed this case is closed as far as I'm concerned.

There has been quite a few versions of windowblinds 11 and start 11 flying around the last month or so. One thing that you might want to rule out is a bad install. It may be worth trying to uninstall both windowblinds 11 and start 11 and then reinstalling them both just to rule that out

Btw, working on the Default Skin selection for installs:

Wow <power tripping> hope the wife has cooled off a bit bud.

If you are going to go the uninstall route Papa, make sure you use a dedicated uninstaller as the windows built in one has never been up to it.

I did that I used revo uninstaller, I can't understand why multiple skins do it. Can I send you a copy of the skin to look over or am I asking the wrong place.

I'm going to consider my issue with the search box in explorer as a bug because all skins do it. I'll wait to see what the next release brings. I wonder if it's being caused by my Nvidia driver.

Are you using any programs or registry edits that modify the search box? Cause I dont see that issue on my system at all.

I think it's already been confirmed it is not a bug, basj showed this in reply 110, I have more examples below. Are you using you skins made on your own? If you are not, list the skins you tried so others can also see if your issues can be repeated with them

It seems like most of your recent  issues have been skin related and not program related. It might be worth making a new thread specially for skin related issues on WB 11 as this thread should be reserved for program related issues

And... Trying to access the site for locate32, I get this from Malwarebytes browser control, so I'm not going there.

your probably in the wrong place or it's a false positive try here I would also like to add that the search box issue doesn't happen if I open control panel

Edit...I have removed that link as the download is corrupted at best, possibly infected at worst.
