Couple of persistent bugs I've noticed for a while now.

I had thought I'd written about each of these before but I'll just put them both here and endeavor to provide some evidence if I can, but not sure what I could provide that would be sufficient.

-Asking another race to declare war on another sometimes makes them agree to literally anything extra, pretty game breaking temptation to tell them to give you literally everything tradable at the time including max credits per month.

-Altarians still cause guaranteed crashes after a certain point, no crashes if they're not included in list of races. Reloading a save may work for a bit, but after a point, you will be unable to progress.

Altarians are causing crashes?  I've had a few games bug out, and I always use them as one of my races.

I have been playing the Altarians, exclusively, for the past full week.  I have not encountered this bug yet.

However, I did run into one CTD and got the option to submit it to the developers.  (this occurred during the end-of-turn processing...)

I've noticed the bug involving getting other civs to declare war. One time I was able to get all the civs in the galaxy to team up and attack one super powerful civ without it costing me a bc. I was expecting them to be reluctant to declare war, not declare war on someone wildly more powerful than them at no cost to me. I only did this once and I haven't tried it since.
