Mistimed First Slipstream video

Details: I'm deathly afraid of Precursor Sentinels so I want my probe to take as wide a berth as possible around them. If this takes me past a subspace gate, I get the "First Slipstream" video even though I never went through the gate, just past it.

Expected Behavior: Nothing

Actual Behavior: I get the video

How to reproduce: Open save file. Find the probe in the NW part of my starting sector. Make it go west to the edge of the sector, then click to have it go southwest, passing through the gate.

Yeah. This can happen before you even have the tech needed to even see the streams, let alone travel through them. *It is at this moment they realize that they should have reported this bug long ago.*

I probably didn't think much of it since it was such a minor bug. I keep getting it frequently cause I often send probes to explore the outer ring of a sector (its a good way to find streams).
