March 2019 Desktop Screenshots

I guess I will be the first. This shot is using Sintrone WB with some mods and adni18's Creation Dream. The top bar is sk meters and the side bar is a weather xwidget made by me.

Cheating a bit....but it is a screenshot.....aka in-game screencap....one of my paints buzzing over Melbourne...;)

A94-101 was the original and only Prototype of the CA-27 Avon Sabre....arguably the best rendition of the American F-86 Sabre.... and it was built just 'up the road' from where I live....back in the day when Australia had a functioning aircraft industry....;)

This is a high resolution skin....all those notes are legible [7 point font].

I love these old vintage birds. My 1st exposure was a B52 At Wright Patt AFB!!!!

Yep! Mine was the F106 fighter at Duluth AFB in Minnesota!

The only thing I ever did was build models of those jets. In fact, growing up, I had an extensive collection of model planes from the Wright Brother's flyer to the first F/A-18 Hornet. WWI, WWII, Korea and Viet Nam planes from all sides. First in 72nd scale then 48th scale and 32nd scale which was a favorite. My favorite builds in 32nd scale were the P-51 Mustang, P-47 'Jug' (Thunderbolt), F-4U Corsair, ME-109, FW-190, A6M Zero (Zeke), F-86 Sabre and F/A-18 Hornet. At one time I had more than 100 model planes hanging from the ceiling in my room and on shelves. The best part was when my dad and I got together and donated my entire collection to St. Judes hospital for children. The same hospital that cared for my younger brother Richie who passed away at the age of three from Leukemia. A life time ago.
