Be releasing a new Master Skin next week called Kontour. Of course it will be for Windows 7, 8 and 10, and have dark and light explorer sub-styles. I hope everyone likes it, it has taken a huge amount of time to complete. The wallpaper shown will be included in 1920 x 1080 and 2560 x 1440 resolutions. :)

Well, being as I posted the skin preview, I guess I made it, and it was already stated it is a Master Skin (not free). But I really do not discuss my techniques with anyone, sorry.
