Twilight of Arnor Tech Tree?

I'm trying to make a custom race, and I'm looking at which tech tree to choose.  I can't seem to find anything that actually shows it all.  Even Galactopedia won't open the Twilight of Arnor category, so I can't seem to find anything.  So far I've just been going by guess and check, which doesn't always work.  Case in point, the Yor have great productivity, true, but they have a cripplingly weak economy, and, as I learned too late, they can only get the very first upgrade to an influence starbase.  Which, is what my main strategy is usually based around.  Whoops.

On a side note, is there a way to change the racial bonuses for a custom race?  I mean, you get 100 points to spend, but that's the same with any other race, too.  The racial part seems locked to no bonuses or penalties...

Anyways, I know this is an old game, but I'm having a lot of fun, and hoping someone can help a bit here.  I've done plenty of searches on Google and the wiki, but no luck so far.  Any help, then, would be greatly appreciated.

If you want influence stuff, you will want to avoid the Yor, Thalans, Drengin, and Korath.

Unfortunately, the Yor do have a weak economy. They can't mass produce economy buildings like the other civs can. Buying other civs economy techs is a must.

A 100 points for custom races you say? Strange. I'm getting 150 points. Have you tried pressing the reset button?

I must have done something wierd before, because upon hitting the reset button, I had 150 points.

I went with the Arceans, actually.  The slow movement speed made sense for the story of my custom faction, they have no noticeable penalties to stuff like tech, economy, influence, diplomacy, etc., and they even get some nice bonuses to defensive warfare.  I didn't even know until later that they get cheaper constructors, which is awesome for someone who spams starbases.  XD

I do wish there was an easy way to look up the individual tech trees, though.  I had to keep starting a new game with each race and compare what they get to see who has what tech.  =\
