Problem with windows 10 and wincustomize downloades

WinCustomize is just a website, there's nothing to reinstall.

WinCustomize has download caps. If you purchase a product such as WindowBlinds you get 1 year of unlimited downloads. After that you are subject to download caps.

You would need to purchase an active product or purchase a WinCustomize subscription.

Try a different browser. Disable any ad-blockers or AV software.

Turned off the firewall did not make a difference 

Have you downloaded the individual programs you want to use? If not don't use the Object Desktop Manager and try each program by their-self. Go here https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products 

At the top under Desktop Desktop Manager click " view individual programs"

I use Chrome and have No Download problems, I did this 

Try updating your Browsers to the Latest versions

I've logged into your account and was able to download successfully. I think this is some type of browser issue as your account is working as it should.

I have the new windowblinds app and it came with 12 windows those install fine?

It would help if you can be more specific on what the issue is.

If I remember correctly WB comes with 12 skins. If you are having problems downloading new skins look at reply #1 where ID stated you would be caped unless you are subscribed to WC.

I want to thank everyone for there help Dave I mentioned on reply 13 about the windowblinds that come with the

You have not said anywhere if you are subscribed active to wincustomize.

sargan you only mentioned Object Desktop. They are 2 different things.

He has an Object Desktop membership which he gets unlimited downloads for. 

I am a full fledge paid up member and have been a membered since 2003, my fault about not mentioning before

this is a problem I have never had before I'm flying blind please help

The problem is I'm not sure what your issue is. You mentioned you can't download in one post, and then something about installing in another.

In order to help, I really need a detailed description of what the issue is you are experiencing.

If you cannot download a skin, I need to know what exactly is happening. Your account is fine, so if you are being blocked from downloading, that is most likely an issue on your PC.

ID the first thing you mentioned was that I am not specific about my problem, in the new windowblind app it comes

with 12 windowblinds which I can install with no problems, now if I try to download a windowblind  from the

windowblind site in the on wincustomize program the windowblind will download to my desktop but I cannot install

it at all that goes for any windowblind I want to download

Downloading from WC and installing to WindowBlinds are two completely different things. That's where the confusion is since you mentioned you couldn't download.

What types of files are they? What happens when you double-click them?
